On September 9, the “Concluding Observations (Recommendations)” were issued, strongly calling for transition to community from sychiatric hospitals and facilities for the disabled, and the promotion of inclusive education that truly realizes “learning together”. However, in Japan, severe abuse continues in hospitals and institutions, and children with disabilities are excluded from local schools. This was called the “empowerment chain,” but terms such as “empowerment cycle (positive circulation)” and “positive spiral” have also appeared. Taking the opportunity of the “Concluding Observations (Recommendations)”, we would like to bring together the collective strength of the community, centered on persons with disabilities, and aim to realize an inclusive society.}, pages = {1--20}, title = {障害者虐待防止と意思決定支援 : 「質の高い支援」を実現するために}, volume = {40}, year = {2023}, yomi = {イシワタ, カズミ} }
